Sizzle Reel is almost DONE!

I'd like to share the outcomes of several conversations I've had over the last two days about this project

Friends have asked me is the SHOW in line with Millennia Scope Entertainment Foundation's goal; isn't the star TOO MESSY???

After defining "Messy", I'm going to tell you who a "Real Man" is..

Who's MESSY

After having a conversation with some "masculine" male friends, it became clear that most gay men define a person as MESSY if he or she has a reputation to telling/outing other people on the DL publicly!! RUSSELL HOLLYWOOD SIMPSON is NOT MESSY!!  He came to MSEF to help develop his reality show because other Hollywood producers where trying to get him to be  a  MSESSY gay stereotype.  He said HELL NO!!  The Foundation applauds Mr. Simpson for the strength and conviction to co-produce a project that fights the stereotype.  Surely we can all applaud his decision.

REAL MASCULINE MEN???

The other issue was masculinity.  I laughed because for everyone of my "masculine" friends who spoke to me about wanting to see more masculine strong images of black & brown gay men in film none of them have backed their request with financial support. RUSSELL SIMPSON has!!! He is MAN enough to put his tens of thousands of dollars where his aspirations are!!!  The Foundation looks forward to producing film projects that include ALL members of the LGBT community.  So to those who want to see more "masculine" gay images, put your financial resources where your aspirations are; or rely on the success of RSH to do so.  That's right Russell you are truly the MAN... :) 

MSEF Mission

The Foundation's goal is to support stories about all members of the LGBT community. MSEF is proud of Mr. Simpson's conviction to act and integrity to develop his first project with MSEF!!
