On Track “Fitness”
Hope everyone’s on track, by on track I mean being fit, and getting out and exercising. Not only am I preparing myself for the show mentally, but physically as well. Today I enjoyed a great (Hard Working) workout with my trainer Mike, he keeps me in good shape. The diets on the other hand are irrational. I love a good snack or two, but lately its all about cutting back and being healthy. Nothing but fruits and veggies for me. I have to give it to Mike, it’s worth it though.
